O5 Plumbing is more than a business it's a way to give back to the community that supports us. Here's how we put that into practice.
Why It Matters
Eric and Chris didn't build O5 Plumbing just to run a successful business. They built it to be a company worth being proud of one that plays a real role in the neighborhoods it works in.
San Antonio is home to one of the largest military communities in the country. It's a city of hard-working families, retirees, veterans, and neighbors who look out for each other. That's the culture we want O5 to reflect.
Giving back isn't a marketing strategy for us. It's a straightforward extension of how we were raised and what we believe in.

How We Give Back
Eric served. He knows what military families go through deployments, relocation, tight budgets, and homes that need work. O5 offers a standing a standing discount for active duty military, reservists, veterans, and their families.
Beyond the discount, we make it a point to prioritize military families in our scheduling and to price jobs with their budgets in mind. No upsell. No runaround.
Senior homeowners are often on fixed incomes and can be targets for overcharging by less scrupulous contractors. We believe in taking care of our older neighbors with fair prices, honest assessments, and a a standing discount for customers 65 and older.
We also take extra time to explain what we found, what we fixed, and why so our senior customers always know exactly what happened in their home.
We sponsor local youth sports teams, school events, and community programs throughout San Antonio and the surrounding communities we serve, including Cibolo, Garden Ridge, Schertz, and beyond.
When local organizations reach out, we do what we can. A healthy community is good for everyone who lives in it.
Throughout the year, O5 donates plumbing services to families and individuals in need whether through local churches, charitable organizations, or direct referrals from community members.
Clean running water and working plumbing aren't luxuries. When we can help someone who genuinely needs it, we do.
