Our Story
The idea for o5 Plumbing started decades ago with the childhood friendship of Eric Keigher and Chris Metzger.
The two took different paths into the plumbing business. Chris has always been in a role that is hands on or a trade & a part of the customer service industry. With this role, he found his passion between the two - plumbing & customer service. He earned his plumbing license 15 to 20 years ago and has combined skilled plumbing with genuine customer care ever since. Eric became a plumber after a career in the U.S. military.
After years working for big plumbing companies, both of them knew there was a better way to meet San Antonio's residential plumbing needs - one built on expertise, integrity, and honesty instead of upsells and sales scripts.
With each now in the second decade of their plumbing careers, they established O5 Plumbing together to serve customers the way they'd want their own family served.

Eric came to plumbing after serving in the U.S. military bringing the same discipline, attention to detail, and accountability to every job site. As O5's master plumber, he sets the technical standard and signs off on the work.

Chris has always been in a role that is hands on or a trade & a part of the customer service industry. With this role, he found his passion between the two - plumbing & customer service. He earned his plumbing license 15 to 20 years ago and brings that experience to every leak, repipe, and water-heater install San Antonio can throw at him.
